These tips range from the standard to some more innovative approaches to
using the ELMO in the classroom.
- Take notes on lined notebook paper during projection
- Have students show actual work samples instead of copying what
they did on the board
- Go Green! Instead of making tons of copies, just project a
single copy and have students write answers on notebook paper
- When reading a book aloud, project the words and/or pictures for more
easy viewing by your students. (You may need a glare protector for glossy pages)
- During science, place organisms under the camera for up close viewing
- Show the top (or side) view of a 3D shape
- Point the camera at your class so they can see how crazy they are acting
